Our ambition is to create relay spirits from our region. Imagined from our history, our culture. They are the imprints of an ancestral know-how, the liquid proofs of the richness of our lands. Alive and creative, they carry within them the truth of our heritage. Initiated at the source, distilled at the mouth, our artisanal spirits tell and embody the Seine and its terroir.
Sometimes rural, sometimes urban, their aromatic profile ranges from vegetal to seino-marin. To be consistent with our history and mission, the water used in the development of our spirits comes from a source at the foot of the plateau and purified by our care at the Distillery. The main herbs, flowers and fruits used come from the lands bordering the Seine.
