Le brassin Apporte une rondeur et une texture singulière, l'eau de sources une délicates minéralité, la gentiane et l'orange une belle amertume. Utilisation en Amer bière, Spritz ou en cocktail. Loupé is the fruit of our collaboration with friendly breweries. With their unsold or discontinued brews, we have created a unique bitter. The brew brings a roundness and a singular texture, the spring water a delicate inerality, the gentian and the orange a beautiful bitterness. On the nose : The gentian is clear, notes of citrus, dry herbs and spices add power to its pleasant freshness and bitterness. On the palate : The bitterness is full bodied. The nose keeps its promises and on the palate reveals a rich and varied aromatic palette ranging from the root aromas of gentian to more gourmet notes of burnt sugar.
