Cocoa of the Arriba Nacional variety grown at Hacienda Eleonor, the family plantation in Ecuador.
After having worked in the wine industry, his ambition is to promote the great wines of Cacaos.
His approach is part of the "Bean to Bar" movement which claims a chocolate respecting the cocoa bean from which it comes.
It is therefore quite natural that Eric Comte baptized his brand COMTE with an "Aime".
