The story begins when Valentin decides to quit baking after graduating. He was introduced to jam making with his grandmother on a summer afternoon. The contact of the fruits and this alchemy with the sugar that takes place during cooking are fascinating. It's decided, after some work to transform a double garage at his grandparents', the little jam factory was born.
