On the coast of the largest estuary in Europe, the Gironde, located in Charente-Maritime, a Michelais (resident of Meschers-Sur-Gironde), a great enthusiast of craft beers, started brewing his craft beer brewery.
By creating different recipes, improving them little by little and adding additional notes, it was obviously time to share his beers with everyone. This is how ‘La Bière Michelaise’ was born, produced in Charente-Maritime and inspired by the charm of the town of Meschers-sur-Gironde (15km from Royan).
The brewery is located in Sémussac, not far from Meschers-Sur-Gironde (15km from Royan). Michelaise beer is brewed on site. You will first discover blond ale, wheat ale, brown ale and then will come limited series beers.
