Committed spirits, vacuum distilled. Like the chefs, our approach will be that of absolute creativity, uninhibited and whose only judges will be taste and your pleasure in tasting our products. From these techniques strongly inspired by great kitchens, we distil our products at low temperature (<35°C), thanks to an almost total vacuum of air in our Rotavap. This process allows boiling without “cooking” and a very fresh restitution of flavors. Each of our ingredients are distilled separately in order to fix their taste and then the distillates are assembled in stainless steel tanks. With lots of new projects in mind and products in development, we are currently offering 2 Gins with committed personalities and an explosive Hybrid Gin/Absinthe.
