A long time ago, the last distillery in Brussels closed its doors and no more artisanal spirits were made in Brussels. Faced with this observation, with a view to wanting to relaunch production as locally as possible and with a vision of a circular economy, the Brussels Distillery was born in the spring of 2019.
Since then, it has been the only artisanal distillery in Brussels and manufactures a range of exceptional spirits such as vodka, gin, rum or even grappa (and in the near future also whisky) in these stills in the heart of Brussels. Each spirit is revisited with a final signature 'Brussels Distillery'.
