L'Atelier d'Hippolyte is made up of sun-drenched fruits, hand-picked and HVE certified on the heights of the small village of Malaucène, at the foot of Mont Ventoux.
For 4 generations, we have been farmers passionate about our profession. We cultivate our land with love. We are constantly seeking to improve the way we produce so as not to impact biodiversity or the environment. We always seek to offer the best for our consumers, whether through our fresh fruit or our processed products.
To pay tribute to the first generation of farmers in the family, namely Uncle Hippolyte, we wanted to name our range of products l'Atelier d'Hippolyte.
“We have decided to only offer exceptional fruit for sale. But what do we do with fruits that do not pass our selection criteria? We simply transform them!”
All our jams are made with a minimum of 55% fruit, the sugar already being present naturally. The pectins that we have to add so that the jam is not too liquid and therefore does not run from your toast are 100% natural and made from French fruits. Our juices are 100% pure juice, pressed fruit and nothing else.
