Coutellerie Dozorme was founded in 1902 in Thiers by Blaise Dozorme, known as “the Wolf”; this nickname gave birth to the famous logo of the family house.
The Dozorme house is a craft company that combines innovation and French know-how. All knives are 100% handcrafted in France; the Dozorme house is one of the rare companies in the Thiers region to have incorporated all the stages of knife manufacturing into its workshops. This exceptional know-how and this 100% French manufacturing earned the company the EPV label in 2009 by the State.
Concerned about the environment, Dozorme is part of a sustainable development process by offering recycled, recyclable and reusable products.
