This 7° amber beer, with aromas of cinnamon and a bright red color, is part of the tradition of Christmas beers. During the brewing we added a hint of Sichuan pepper to give it power and exoticism. Its character and its very slight notes of caramel will appeal to regulars of the genre as well as neophytes. It was in the family that it was imagined, studied and then brewed before being tasted. This Beer represents the good times exchanged with our loved ones during the festive periods. It brings together and recalls the brewing history of the North during the holiday season.
