Since 2019, Spirulina des Olonnes produces in Vendée (85) in Saint Mathurin, 10 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, a French, natural, local and artisanal quality spirulina. Dried at low temperature, its nutritional qualities are thus preserved. We work in an ecological way following the rhythm of the seasons (harvests from March to October only) and do not use any phytosanitary products. Recommended for everyone, this food rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, iron and antioxidant spirulina is a real ally of well-being.
