Passionate about pastry since the age of 7, Rita Emmanuelli is an insatiable gourmet and perfectionist. Self-taught, she claims a singular itinerary, attaching great importance to transmitting emotions through her achievements.
In early 2018, she imagined Les petits biscuits around strong and identified values that always remained very close to the traditions of local biscuit making. Artisans at heart, she makes her products in her workshop, Rue des Terrasses, in Bastia, Corsica. Its credo: a universe centered on the respect of the products and the accuracy of the flavors.
