An omnipresent seamstress grandmother during her adolescence introduced her to sewing, allowing her to create her own clothes and impose her style.
In 1988, Vannina decided to join the Esmod school. Her end-of-studies project seduced both the professional jury of ready-to-wear and also that of lingerie. A precursor project to his Dessous-Dessus concept. A meeting with a buyer from Takashimaya – a mythical New York concept store – changes Vannina Vesperini's destiny, she places her first order based on a simple sketch.
In 1996, Vannina decided to launch out and found the Maison Vannina Vesperini.
A daring bet since his collection based on small couture pleats met with real success, allowing him to be noticed by Bergdorf Goodman and Neimann Marcus. She thus begins her ascent through the world.
