Maëlle cultivates and picks aromatic and medicinal plants: Sage officinalis, Roman chamomile, peppermint, yarrow, lemon balm, mountain savory, St. John's wort, marigolds, verbena, hyssop, marjoram. She also picks Primrose officinalis and nettles in the wild.
The plants are grown in his native village: St Victor de Cessieu in Isère (38), in permaculture in order to respect the soil and the plant, and work in symbiosis with the earth.
Helped by her father, Maëlle built her own dryer. Its aromatic and medicinal plants rest on drying racks.
His parents are a great help in his activity, it's a real family job!
