IBERICO AND CO products come from a family of Iberian pig breeders (Le PATA NEGRA), raised on acorns (BELLOTA) for several generations (1918) in the Salamanca region of Spain. We base the development of our range on a rigorous selection of raw materials, quality food, slow maturing and traditional methods. All our manufactured or sliced products are made by hand, giving them all the attention and care necessary to obtain the best taste quality.
