The Cellier de Revigny-sur-Ornain was one of the pioneers of strawberry wine. An extension to the range of nectars and syrups whose recipe has been perpetuated in the Guillaume family for generations.
Nature and tradition are the key words in the production of fermented fresh strawberries.
Cultivated in the open ground and picked at full maturity following the spring cycle, the precious fruits offer a “Fragoria” produced in an artisanal way, in a real cellar. The equipment and materials thus ensure perfect quality control, from fermentation in vats to storage in the bottle.
