This jam is traditionally prepared with 70g fruit per 100g jam. The secret of this tasty jam is: little added sugar and the selection of the fruit that predominates. We use the Bebeko apricot, very fragrant fruit with a beautiful intense orange color. Artisanal Belgian product. Purpose: Family jar or hotel buffet.
