COGNAC, CIEL & TERRE 1986 35CL 43%VOL.

My name is Frederic Bourgoin, BOURGOIN COGNAC founder. Ciel & Terre was distilled by my father, Alain Bourgoin, in 1986: my birth year. To me, this 350 litres single cask is the most special one out of 759 of them in my cellar. Why ? Because this cognac is rich with cumarin aromas which gives it freshly cut hay notes. Memories right from my childwood playground when my grand father owned a 40 limousine cows gently feeding on rich grass, in our  elds. One of the subtle links we share is a great passion for human beings, animals, vegetal and a unique location: Tarsac village, where my great grand-father, my grand father, my father and I work(ed). I engraved each bottle by hand. They are all a part of me and my family history .
