Biothelya is a natural, organic, and ethically driven skincare brand born from the love of the Mediterranean’s rarest treasure—the prickly pear. Rooted in the Tunisian regions of Zelfène and Thala, co-founder Olfa discovered this “king of fruits” during a humanitarian mission, inspired by local women who reverently name it for its exceptional nourishing properties.
Our mission began with a vision: to uplift isolated, arid regions through an ingredient that thrives without water, helps slow desertification, promotes zero-waste, and brings economic opportunity through fair-trade harvests. Partnering with over 170 hectares of certified organic, Ecocert farms, our prickly pear seed oil is cold-pressed with ancestral know-how—pesticide-free, chemical-free, and crafted with purity in mind.
